Welcome to Go Kart Supply! Go Kart Supply, Inc. is a U.S. company that provides products and technical information when you visit or shop gokartsupply.com. PAYMENT OPTIONS: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.

SHIPPING POLICY: Best Way Shipping Always. We ship via UPS or the US Postal Service from Shreveport, Louisiana. Small packages ship USPS 2 to 3 Day Priority Mail, large or heavy boxes ship UPS Ground. P.O. Box Addresses ship US Postal Service only. Most shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico ship USPS 2 to 3 Day Priority Mail, heavier packages ship Parcel Post or UPS Ground, we'll email you if more freight is required to these locations, not on the U.S. Mainland. Call us PROMPTLY with order changes. Parts Orders placed after 12pm Central, may be processed and boxed the next business day. Watch your email for the Tracking Number.

LOCAL PICKUP: Can I pick up my parts at your location? Absolutely. To make your stop more convenient, call with your part numbers in advance. Our Website is our Catalog, the SKU Numbers are the Part Numbers.

RETURN POLICY: Returns must be authorized and returned within 30 DAYS utilizing a Return Authorization Number. Call 318-925-2224 between 9am to 5pm Central, Monday through Friday to get an RA Number. Returns should be PACKED WELL and sent PREPAID via a common carrier such as UPS, Fed Ex or the US Postal Service. We do not accept returns on items that have been modified or altered in any way. Returned goods must be in NEW, UNUSED Condition, CLEAN and ready to be put back on the shelf. Shipping charges both ways are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the Buyer. Buyer is also responsible for any loss in value, if an item isn't returned in original condition. We reserve the right to decline used, dirty or damaged merchandise or if the item has been altered or damaged during improper installation, application, operation or in any way that prevents it from being sold as new. Items in sealed packages are not returnable if the packaging has been opened. Electronic equipment and parts are subject to internal damage that may not be apparent. Such damage can be the result of improper installation or subjecting the equipment to adverse environmental conditions like heat and static electricity. For this reason, Electrical Parts and Components are Non-Refundable.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS: Go Kart Supply attempts to be as accurate as possible with technical descriptions and product specifications. We diligently strive to provide product descriptions or other content that is accurate, complete, reliable and current. Please contact us if you find any description errors on the site so we can correct or update, as needed.
