• We usually ship most orders within two business days, same day shipping on many orders. Please feel free to contact us in advance to check stock levels currently available if you must have parts by a certain date.



• We Ship Monday through Friday. All operations are closed Saturday and Sunday



• You will be emailed if we have a problem processing your credit card. Online Orders submitted with incorrect credit card account numbers, incorrect three digit card validation numbers or an expired expiration date will be placed on "Hold Status" until the information has been corrected.
  
  
• The Three Digit Card Validation Number: You are now required to submit a three digit number located on the back of your card. This number is usually located in the signature line to the far right. Some cards have all sixteen account numbers, a space, then the three digit card validation number. Other cards only have the last four digits of your account number, a space, then the three digit card validation number. If you do not submit the three digit card validation number the transaction can not be considered for processing. Collection of this three digit card validation number is another security measure required and put into place by the credit card companies in April, 2001. This new feature is a three-digit value that provides a cryptographic check of the information embossed on the card.

• Also .... The "Billing Address" submitted on the online order form MUST match the mailing address where you receive your monthly statement. (The address your credit card statement is mailed to is your Billing Address) Before your order can be processed an "Address Verification Check" must be performed. We enter the first five digits of the billing address and complete zip code into the credit card terminal to verify the billing address you've submitted. This is required by the credit card company before an approval number is granted. All of these security measures are required since the card holder is not physically present. NOTE: We only accept credits cards with a billing address located inside the United States.
  
  
• We no longer accept International Orders. We ship to The 50 US States only.
  
  
• We reserve the right to refuse the processing of any order we suspect of being placed in an unauthorized manner.
  
  
• Please provide your email address if you would like to receive an order confirmation and UPS Tracking Number via email. Shipments can be tracked by visiting www.ups.com or by calling 1-800-PICKUPS.

Ordering Replacement Parts

If you plan to mail in your parts order, print out The Mail In Order Form.

Most of the parts featured in our online catalog require that particular measurements be noted prior to placing a parts order. Please keep this in mind while making your selections. It is in everyone's best interest to keep parts exchanges to a minimum.

If you submit an online parts order and discover that you have made a mistake or if you would like to add additional parts to your order send us an email as soon as possible so that we can make the necessary adjustments.

UPS Shipping Services offered: UPS Next Day Air®, UPS 2nd Day Air®, 3 Day Select and UPS Ground. Orders submitted after 12pm central may be processed the following business day. We do not ship C.O.D. orders. UPS will not deliver to Post Office Box addresses.

Provide the company name if your order is being shipped to a business address.

Most parts orders are shipped via UPS. Watch for a Shipment Notification Email From: "Quantum View Notify". That will be the UPS shipment notification and tracking number. The email is generated when the package leaves our warehouse. If your order consists of several packages, each package will have it's own unique tracking number even though it's going to the same address.

We can not guarantee that all UPS Air Shipments will arrive on time or take responsiblity for any delays or errors caused by UPS.
If UPS makes any mistake that prevents an Express Air Package from arriving on time we will not pursue a shipping refund claim.
